How does a wash and fold laundry service work?
It couldn’t be easier. You drop off your dirty laundry and we wash, dry, and perfectly fold it for you. You can drop off your dirty clothes, sheets, and towels at the laundromat everyday between 6am and 10pm. Go right to the front counter where a staff member will weigh in your order.

How do you charge for drop off laundry service?
We weigh your clothes and charge by the pound. Per pound laundry includes clothes, sheets, and towels. Comforters and blankets are charged per piece. Check out our Wash and Fold page for a full list of prices.

I don’t have a laundry bag. What should I bring my clothes in?
Whatever is easiest for you to carry. Most first-time customers bring their order in plastic garbage bags. Our staff will transfer your items into our processing bags when they check-in your order. If you bring in a basket or hamper, we will transfer your order into our bags and return your basket. If you have a large order, please feel free to come inside and grab a laundry cart to unload your car.

Are my clothes washed with other people’s clothes?
No. Gross. Never. Every order is washed separately according to your preferences and our machines are sanitized after each cycle.

What type of detergent do you use?
We use Gain or hypoallergenic All Free & Clear.

Do you iron clothes?
We don’t iron but people often think that we do. We remove your items from the dryer and lay them flat as soon as the cycle is done. This gives your clothes a wrinkle free finish that you could swear was ironed.

How do I know when my order is ready?
We offer a 24-hour turnaround, and we’ll text you when your order is ready. If you’re in a hurry to get your favorite outfit back in the rotation, just ask! We’re happy to accommodate same day orders when we are able.
